Danny Akin is currently the President of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary

He's been married to his wife Charlotte since 1978, and have four sons - Nathan, Jonathan, Paul, and Tim. Nathan attends Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, preparing for ministry. Jonathan is married to Ashley, and they have two daughters, Maddy and Emma Grace. John is a pastor in Louisville and also attends The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, pursuing the PhD in Old Testament. Paul is married to Kari, and they have one son, Micah Elliot. Paul coaches basketball in Kenya. Tim is married to Anna and they have one son, Levi Michael. Tim is coaching football overseas.
